Why Do I Need Equipment to Work Out at Home?

A well balanced upper body training should consist of push exercises (like push ups), pull exercises (for instance a row or pull ups) and core work.

Most home exercise plans (even the most famous ones) completely neglect the pull in their programs. But no matter what you’re told, you can’t include pulls in your workout and effectively work your back without equipment.

A strong back is important to have a balanced and injury proof body. Unless you have a pull up bar at home and you are strong enough to pull yourself up several times, you’ll need the help of bands and a suspension trainer like a TRX, to fit the traction or pulling exercises into your program.

We recommend the following equipment:

Suspension Trainer (TRX)

TRX is the original and most famous suspension trainer. You can perfectly chose a cheaper model. We however recommend TRX due to its build quality and durability, having worked with TRX for years.
